Terms of Hire:
1. Arrival and Departure
Our Holiday Homes are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
2. Payment of Deposit
A deposit of £100.00 is required to be sent with the booking together with your valid credit/debit card details in order to confirm the booking. We will then send you a confirmation.
3. Payment of Balance
The balance is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday and this will be deducted from your credit/debit card on the due date. When paying by cheque the balance must be paid eight weeks before your holiday commences. We cannot send reminders
4. Cancellations
In the event of cancellation your deposit is returnable, less a charge of £50.00 for exprenses incurred, provided we are notified ten weeks before the start of your holiday. There is no charge if you decide to change the dates within the ten week period.
5. Occupancy
Under no circumstances may the number of people using the Holiday cottage or Holiday home exceed the maximum stated.
6. Cleanliness - Breakages and damage.
The .Holiday Home should be left in a clean condition. Should any damage or breakage occur during your stay, you will be held responsible and must make good. To assist in maintaining the high standards of our properties, please report all breakages or damage on or before your departure.
7. Linen and Towels
Sheets, pillow cases and tea towels are included in the holiday hire charge. Please provide your own personal towels. Each bed is provided with a duvet and cover.
8. Telephone
There is a payphone outside the utility block.
9. Personal Belongings
Baggage and personal belongings are at the hirer's risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or its contents.
10. Smoking
There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside our rental units. Smoking is permitted outside the unit away from door, windows and gas bottles.
